This is a binding legal agreement between you and Anshu K. These terms apply to all clients, potential clients, website visitors, and anyone using our services.

- Technical Consulting: Architecture reviews, technology selection, optimization guidance
- Code Reviews & Mentoring: Quality assurance and knowledge transfer
- System Maintenance & Support: Ongoing updates, bug fixes, performance improvements
✗ Not included:
- ✗ Guaranteed employment or job placement
- ✗ 24/7 emergency support (unless agreed)
- ✗ Unlimited revisions beyond agreed scope
- ✗ Performance guarantees or specific results
Acceptable Use Policy
By using my services, you agree NOT to use them for:
Prohibited uses:
- ✗ Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- ✗ Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
- ✗ Violating intellectual property rights
- ✗ Transmitting malware or security threats
- ✗ Reverse-engineering or unauthorized access

Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of services, termination of the relationship, and potential legal action. No refunds will be provided for violations.

All projects follow a structured process designed to ensure quality, clear communication, and successful delivery.

Intellectual Property Rights
Clear ownership of intellectual property (IP) is essential. Here's how it works:

Payment Terms
Payment Structure

Refunds
Work completed and delivered is non-refundable. Unused services may be partially refundable, evaluated case-by-case. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of invoice.
Confidentiality & NDA
Your privacy and the confidentiality of your project are paramount. I maintain strict confidentiality of all project-related information.

Duration: Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely, even after project completion or relationship termination.
Exceptions: I may disclose information if required by law (court order, legal proceedings, government request), for safety/security reasons, or if disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited and structured as follows:

Why This Matters:

- • Test thoroughly in staging before production
- • Consider insurance for mission-critical systems
- • This is standard in software contracts
Exceptions: These limitations do not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, fraud, or violations of law. In those cases, standard liability rules apply.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
Termination

Entire Agreement
These terms, plus any signed project agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us. Previous communications are superseded by these terms.
